SAMPLE SALES AGREEMENT

Kotickee Kennel agrees to sell (Name), with (Limited/Full)AKC) registration, a Chinese Crested (hairless/powderpuff)(male/female) born on (ddmmyyyy). AKC Litter number (000000), at a price of ($$$$$$).

This Crested is sold with a health guarantee stating it to be free of contagious disease or genetic abnormalities not associated with this breed. If a veterinarian examines this dog within seventy-two hours of receipt by purchaser (excluding weekends) and signs a statement to the contrary, with the return of the dog, Kotickee will refund the buyer the purchase price or provide a replacement dog. Refund or replacement will be at the discretion of Kotickee Kennel.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

A pedigree and health record will be provided with the dog.  AKC registration and transfer will be provided when a signed copy of this agreement is received by Kotickee. 

If the purchaser becomes unable to continue to provide an adequate home for this dog, he will make every effort to relocate this dog in a similar and appropriate home. If after reasonable effort, this deems not possible, this dog will be returned to Kotickee. Under no circumstances will this dog be placed in a shelter, pound, with a rescue group or as a commercial breeder.

This agreement is governed by the Laws of  The State of Texas and Johnson County Texas
