The Japanese Chin is a member of The American Kennel Club's Toy Breed Group.  Their Standard depicts
their appearance as a small, well balanced, lively and aristocratic toy dog. Their action is light and stylish
with a distinctively Oriental expression.  They are a sensitive and intelligent little dog. They are responsive
and affectionate with sole purpose to serve man as a companion.
